How to know if you need a Nest Account?

Creating a Nest Account

- Download the Nest App on your smartphone or wireless device from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- From the Nest App home screen, select the Sign in with Google option.

- Select the Google Account you wish to use in the Nest App.
- You can also select the Use Another Account option if you have an account that’s not listed on the screen.
- When you sign in, you’ll need to allow Nest to access specific data from your Google account. Select the Info option from the screen to know what kind of information is share.
- Once you have checked the same, tap on the Allow button.
- You’ll now see a prompt asking you if you have an existing non-migrated nest account. If you are creating a new NEST Account , select No from this prompt.
- Review Google’s Privacy Policy, the related FAQs, Terms of Service, and Nest Terms of Service, and finally, tap on the Continue button.
- You can now follow the instructions in the app to set up your home.
